Discover the Power of Weber Laser Therapy

Weber Laser Therapy is an advanced low-level laser therapy (LLLT) developed by Weber Medical in Germany. It uses medical-grade laser light at specific wavelengths to stimulate cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and improve tissue regeneration. Unlike standard light therapies, Weber can be delivered intravenously, interstitially, intra-articularly, or topically. Each wavelength has unique benefits: red for healing and inflammation, blue for antibacterial support, green for circulation, yellow for immune modulation, and infrared for deep tissue regeneration. This versatility makes it one of the most effective integrative treatments for chronic illnesses, joint conditions, and cellular repair.

How Weber Laser Therapy Works

Weber LasWeber Laser Therapy stimulates mitochondria, the energy powerhouses of cells, to produce more ATP (energy). This enhanced cellular activity reduces oxidative stress, improves oxygen delivery, and supports immune regulation. Depending on your condition, Weber can be administered in four ways:

  1. Intravenous Laser Therapy (IVL): Light delivered directly into the bloodstream to energize circulating cells.
  2. Interstitial Laser Therapy: Light applied into deep tissues like joints or tumors.
  3. Intra-Articular Therapy: Direct laser delivery into joints for arthritis or chronic pain.
  4. Topical Therapy: Non-invasive light therapy applied to skin, muscles, or wounds.
Clinics often combine Weber with ozone therapy, IV nutrition, PRP, stem cells, or detox protocols for stronger outcomes.

What is Fractionated Chemo with A Bio-response Modifier (AKA: FCBRM):

Fractionated Chemo with A Bio-response Modifier (AKA: FCBRM) is an effective alternative cancer treatment. It uses a combination of two traditional drugs – insulin and a chemotherapy drug. Some decades ago it was discovered that cancer cells had highly active insulin receptors, making them “sugar hungry”. It was further discovered that cancerous cells would take up a lot more chemotherapy medication if they were given insulin first. This discovery opened the door to a new cancer treatment and IPT was born.

How Does Fractionated Chemo with A Bio-response Modifier (AKA: FCBRM) Work?

During FCBRM treatment, it’s the insulin that opens the cell membrane, making it ready to take in any substance it encounters more directly. This opening of the cell membrane allows the chemotherapy drug to pervade the cancerous cell more efficiently so that it can be destroyed. The chemotherapy drug is what actually kills the cancer cells but it’s the insulin that makes the cancerous cell absorb much more of the targeted medication. Due to the dramatically increased absorption of the chemotherapy drug, this makes it possible & necessary to reduce the amount of chemotherapy needed. Reducing the amount of chemotherapy entering the entire body, leads to far fewer and much less severe side-effects to the chemotherapy.

Supercharging Fractionated Chemo with A Bio-response Modifier (AKA: FCBRM) Therapy

During the FCBRM therapy, while the cell membranes are open and more receptive, immune boosters, specialized IV treatment and detoxification agents are administered which will also directly enter the cell, helping to strengthen your body’s immune system & natural defenses. Your body’s white blood cells will be naturally stimulated, becoming stronger and healthier and this will further help to detoxify your entire system.

In addition to the FCBRM Therapy the doctor will implement additional treatment protocols designed to ensure the patient’s liver is functioning optimally and to make sure the gastrointestinal, respiratory, immune and excretory systems are all functioning well.

This treatment protocol originally started as “Insulin Potentiation Therapy”
has been perfected over the course of decades to deliver a powerful punch to cancer while being easier on patients. In fact, within the original name of the treatment itself (Insulin Potentiation Therapy) the “Potentiation” part of the name refers to this ‘potent’ or supercharged form of chemotherapy which makes it possible to use up to 10x’s less chemotherapy than with orthodox treatments.

How FCBRM Works

Fractionated Chemo with A Bio-response Modifier (AKA: FCBRM) is a true Stage IV alternative cancer treatment. It uses a combination of two orthodox drugs – insulin (actually insulin is also found in nature) and a chemotherapy drug. Cancer cells have highly active insulin receptors.

With FCBRM the insulin works on the cell membranes and allows chemotherapy to target cancer cells. Thus, it is the chemotherapy that kills the cancer cells, however, because of the insulin, the amount of chemotherapy needed is greatly reduced, meaning the side-effects of the chemotherapy can be greatly reduced. Thus, the FCBRM is much more potent while much less chemotherapy is needed, and there are potentially far less side-effects are experienced.

Insulin is truly what some may call a “magic bullet” in cancer treatment, meaning its use allows chemotherapy to target cancer cells which results in far less potential for side-effects.

Photodynamic Therapy (PDT)

Our advanced photodynamic therapy uses light-sensitive substances that selectively accumulate in tumor tissues. When activated by a specific wavelength of light, these photoactive agents trigger targeted oxidative reactions that help dismantle malignant cells while leaving healthy tissue unharmed.

Natural Agents (Oral and Intravenous)

We employ a wide range of evidence-informed natural compounds—including botanicals, vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts—formulated to enhance immune function, reduce inflammation, and create a less favorable environment for cancer progression. These therapies are delivered both orally and intravenously for optimal absorption and effect.

Metabolic Cancer Blocking Agents

Cancer thrives on altered energy metabolism. Agents such as dichloroacetate (DCA) and oxaloacetate (OAA) help inhibit abnormal glycolytic activity in cancer cells and restore mitochondrial function. These metabolic modulators support a shift toward cellular normalization and improve therapeutic responses.

Mistletoe and Helleborus Therapy

Mistletoe (Viscum album) and Helleborus extracts have long been used in integrative oncology for their immune-stimulating, apoptotic, and quality-of-life–enhancing properties. Each preparation is individualized based on patient response and tumor type to optimize physiological balance and vitality.

Nutritional and Metabolic Support

Personalized nutritional therapy plays a central role in our care model. Dietary interventions are designed to balance glucose and lipid metabolism, support detoxification pathways, and provide anti-inflammatory nourishment that enhances resilience and recovery during cancer treatment.

Peptide Therapies

We integrate regenerative and immune-modulating peptides to support cellular repair, improve immune coordination, and influence tumor signaling pathways. These bioactive short proteins are selected for their ability to complement traditional and natural therapies synergistically.

Homotoxicology and Biological Detoxification

Through homotoxicological medicine, we aim to facilitate the removal of systemic toxins and metabolic waste—the "terrain" factors that can hinder recovery. These biologically based remedies help restore regulatory balance within the extracellular matrix and immune system.

Oxidative Therapies

Therapies such as ozone, hydrogen peroxide, and high-dose vitamin C are applied to increase oxygen utilization, reduce pathogenic burden, and create a pro-oxidant environment selectively toxic to malignant cells. These interventions enhance redox balance and metabolic integrity.

Cancer Stem Cell–Focused Strategies

Our approach includes protocols targeting cancer stem cell pathways—the root subpopulation responsible for recurrence and resistance. Using natural compounds, metabolic agents, and peptides, we address signaling circuits like WNT, Hedgehog, and Notch to help prevent relapse.

Chemosensitivity and Precision Testing

We incorporate chemosensitivity and molecular profiling to identify the specific agents and combinations most effective for each patient's tumor biology. This data-driven insight allows for truly personalized and efficient treatment planning.

Our RGCC cancer blood tests play a vital role in the early detection and ongoing management of cancer. Utilizing advanced genetic and molecular analysis, these tests help identify possible early signs of undiagnosed cancers and monitor the progression of existing, diagnosed conditions. Since 2004, RGCC’s team of scientists has been at the forefront of cancer diagnostics, using world-leading technology to offer personalized, clinically actionable insights. These tests empower both patients and practitioners with the information needed to make informed, individualized treatment decisions, supporting more precise and effective care at every stage of the disease.

Repurposed Medications

Building on current scientific evidence, we use carefully selected repurposed pharmaceuticals known to interfere with cancer metabolism, angiogenesis, and inflammatory signaling. These safe, off-label agents often enhance responsiveness to other therapies and improve outcomes.
